Task Rates Settings

This group of settings consists of a definition of some of the cost of the tasks, so you can use the system to roughly define the costs of your Operations tasks. This setting is optional.

They can be set and managed at Manage Configurations > Operations > Task Rates Settings.

They are going to be assigned to Units at Unit Settings > Operations > Rates column (if needed).

The following can be set:

  • Configuration name: name your Task Rate configuration so you can easily identify it when you need to assign it to your units or edit it, as it will most likely be different for the different units you manage (due to different size, for example, that will make cleaning costs vary).
    1. Check as “Default configuration”: in case all the units you manage share the same task rates, this selection will assign the current configuration to any new unit you add to the system (so you avoid manual work).
  • Cleaning
    1. Cost: the total amounts spent by your company for a cleaning task performed at the unit you’ll be assigning the setting to.
    2. Effort: an arbitrary number between 1 and 5 that can be viewed as hours or difficulty of work to clean the unit.
  • Deep Cleaning
    1. Cost: the total amounts spent by your company for a deep cleaning task performed at the unit you’ll be assigning the setting to.
    2. Effort: an arbitrary number between 1 and 5 that can be viewed as hours or difficulty of work to deep clean the unit.
  • Inspection
    1. Cost: the total amounts spent by your company for an inspection task performed at the unit you’ll be assigning the setting to.
    2. Effort: an arbitrary number between 1 and 5 that can be viewed as hours or difficulty of work to inspect the unit.
  • Date picker “Retroactively Apply To All Tasks Due After”: if you set up this Task Rate and you already have bookings in the system, you can pick a date from which the system will retroactively apply to all tasks due after that date to gather a report in the past.

The information set will be displayed in the Operations Tasks report
