How to refund payments


To refund a payment, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to KigoPro > Reservations
  2. Go to All Reservations
  3. Locate Booking > click on it
  4. Go to Transactions
  5. Locate Payments
  6. Click Refund
  7. Enter Amount
  8. Click Save
