How to change the Booking Agent of a booking

To change the Booking Agent of a booking, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to KigoPro > Reservations
  2. Click All Reservations
  3. Locate booking > click on it
  4. Click Booking > click Ellipsis (Three dots icon) > click Change Booking Agent
  5. Select the Name from the dropdown
  6. Click Save
