You want to add a non-refundable rate on Booking.com to sync with Kigo.

To resolve this issue:
1. The Non-refundable rate needs to be created on Booking.com's extranet and once the rate is active there, it will appear on Kigo ready for activation.
2. At that point, please do let us know, so that we can map your properties accordingly.
