About the Rates & Availability Page

  • Standard Rate Mode: This mode allows you to change rates daily as needed. Special events can be assigned a higher rate structure; you can have different rates for weekends, and so on. When using this mode, you can only assign a single rate per length of stay by date.
Please Note: It is strongly recommended that daily/nightly rates are the primary Length of Stay rates utilized. Not only will this give you access to our advanced Revenue Management tool, but it is also the standard rate length used in partnership with major channels such as HomeAway, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and Airbnb.
